Making Waves in Ottertown

Lisa Moore has designed the perfect wavy setting for the Otter Panel by Hoffman California Fabrics. The waves are created by simple pieced blocks that appear to curve when offset. This project requires an accurate 1/4” seam allowance, but otherwise is good for all skill levels.  The finished quilt measures 60" x 87".
