Arctic Matriarch

This cleverly pieced project uses the Hoffman Polar Bear Digital Panel (R4560-307-Snow) as its focal. The shattered block borders start with a very simple pieced block which is cut into columns, rotated, and sewn back together.  Viola!  Simple, but with that wow factor!  

Finished quilt size: 64" x 86"
